Big Perks of Working at XINNIX

Having a Plan & One Voice

We believe in company-wide communication. To back it up, we host biweekly power meetings with associates and their leaders to ensure everyone’s voice is heard and our goals are aligned. We also hold quarterly rallies and monthly briefings to uphold consistent planning and coordination.

Having FUN

All team members receive a unique, personalized sign that’s short, personal and meaningful. These names are just one example of our commitment to fun at XINNIX. From Nerf gun games to hosting virtual parties, we make time for play, in small and impactful ways.

Open Door Policy

Leaders’ doors are always open for transparent conversation, anytime. Part of our commitment to excellence means having vulnerable, proactive discussions for the betterment of our team, company and clients.

Giving Back

Our employees love to volunteer and are granted at least four hours a quarter to support causes they hold near and dear. XINNIX proudly and consistently supports community charities aimed at helping the homeless, veterans, women and children.

Celebrating Our Wins!

Our employees work hard — and their efforts deserve acknowledgment and celebration! That’s why we hold weekly recognition meetings and award ceremonies annually to honor their professional development achievements. Let’s not forget work anniversaries and birthdays, which are just as worthy of cake and cheers. In addition to associate wins, we celebrate our collective success during an annual kick-off meeting, casting a bright vision and plan for the new year!

Personal Professional Development

Our motto is: “Energizing People. Elevating Results.” Part of that commitment involves supporting our employees’ growth, both during and outside of working hours, through continued education. Each year, XINNIX grants every associate a set number of hours to work on individual development. Every quarter, we celebrate those who achieve or exceed their goals and transform their lives!
