  • Collaborate directly with the CEO, executive team, and clients to turn ideas into tailored programs, speeches, and curriculum.
  • Conduct topic research and translate insights into strategic content that drives behavior change and results.
  • Design new training frameworks, leadership models, or sales systems that address client-specific needs.

2. Executive Thought Partnership

  • Serve as a creative and strategic partner to the CEO, helping her extract and evolve key ideas into proprietary content.
  • Participate in pre-client discovery calls, brainstorming sessions, and internal workshops to shape new initiatives from the ground up.

3. Instructional Design & Program Architecture

  • Develop high-impact training experiences across modalities (live, virtual, self-paced), including scripts, decks, facilitator guides, participant materials, and assessments.
  • Ensure content is outcome-driven, aligned with adult learning principles, and reflects XINNIX’s standard of excellence.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the training team to implement content within Moodle (or other LMS) and deliver client-ready experiences.
  • Partner with marketing to align messaging and visuals with program purpose and outcomes.
  • Support the creation of client-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and event assets.

6. Content Maintenance & Program Evolution

  • Audit and enhance XINNIX’s existing content library, which spans thousands of hours across multiple programs.
  • Work with training leaders to identify outdated or underperforming materials and apply needed updates.
  • Ensure consistency, relevancy, and energy across all curriculum assets and learning journeys.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3+ years in content development, instructional design, program strategy, or executive communications
  • Experience creating high-level content for leaders, entrepreneurs, or client-facing professionals

  • Experience working in or alongside an LMS (Moodle preferred) and CRM/marketing systems (HubSpot, GHL, etc.)

Personality:
