Business Development Representative (full-time, exempt)

  • WORK LOCATION: Remote Position /XINNIX Office Atlanta
  • REPORTS TO: National Sales Manager
  • MISSION: To generate business through prospecting and interacting with companies in multiple verticals by helping them achieve both their short and long-term growth goals utilizing XINNIX products and services.
  • DESCRIPTION: The Business Development Representative role is an integral sales position at XINNIX and is an entry-level position with upward growth potential. The role is responsible for researching companies, making outbound calls to qualify potential leads, and setting appointments to be followed up by a National Sales Executive.

Responsibilities And Expectations Of Position

  • Ability to create and execute outbound cold calls
  • Ability to conduct cold and warm calls
  • Follow up with an email to each outbound cold call
  • Set appointments for assigned National Sales Executives
  • Responsible for projects as assigned by National Sales Manager 
  • Maintain the data integrity within the XINNIX Sales System

Skills Required

  • 1-3 years of sales experience. Social selling and Marketing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of sales process and effective selling techniques
  • Effective listening skills
  • Ability to convert client needs and expectations into viable appointments
  • Strong written and oral communication ability
  • Organized workflow methods to successfully meet deadlines and balance priorities 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Basic knowledge of sales CRMs. HubSpot preferred

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Former Military Encouraged to Apply

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a full-time Social Media Videographer & Content Creator to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. You’ll be behind the camera—filming in our office, around the local area, and occasionally traveling to capture content. Beyond filming and editing, you’ll also be responsible for posting energizing content across our platforms. That means knowing how to take the same core message and shape it differently for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. The audience is the same, but the style and approach must fit the unique expectations of each platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Film, edit, and produce video content for social media that drives engagement and reflects our brand.
  • Capture dynamic footage in a variety of environments, including office shoots, events, and travel assignments.
  • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute content ideas quickly.
  • Post directly on social media, tailoring content to fit the voice and style of each platform.
  • Write energizing captions and supporting posts that match the energy of the content itself.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, schedules, and creative needs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video and social output.
  • Manage video production equipment and recommend improvements when needed.
Requirements:
  • Based in Alpharetta, GA (on-site role).
  • Strong portfolio of social media video production (please include examples).
  • Experience in videography, editing, lighting, and audio setup.
  • Proven ability to post directly on social platforms and adjust the approach per platform.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Flexible, quick on your feet, and able to adapt in real time.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with motion graphics or overlays to enhance social content.
  • Drone videography experience.
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
  • 3+ years in product development.
  • Experience in sales and leadership content development is a must.
Skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a fast moving team.
