Technology and Automation Specialist
The Technology and Automation Specialist will oversee the administration and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, manage vendor relationships, and implement automation processes. This role also includes customizing the LMS to meet specific client desires, ensuring seamless integration between platforms, and sourcing new vendors to support our technology needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent vendor management skills, and a passion for driving operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
System Management
- Administer and maintain the LMS (Moodle) and CRM (HubSpot) systems, ensuring they are fully operational and meet the organization’s needs
- Troubleshoot issues, implement updates and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Automation
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows to streamline processes across sales, marketing, and training functions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the company’s technology stack.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, including the technology security company Novatech, ensuring service levels are met and the company’s technology infrastructure remains secure and up to date.
- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and performance monitoring with all technology vendors.
Technical Support and Customization:
- Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving issues related to LMS, CRM, and other critical systems.
- Customize the LMS (Moodle) to meet specific client needs, including creating custom modules, configuring course settings, and adapting the platform to align with client training requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems for both the sales and training teams, ensuring minimal downtime.
Integration Management:
- Ensure seamless integration between various technology platforms, including Moodle, HubSpot, and other systems used by the organization.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to develop and maintain integrations that support business processes.
Vendor Sourcing and Hiring:
- Identify, evaluate, and hire vendors to support the organization’s technology and automation needs.
- Manage the selection process, negotiate contracts, and ensure that new vendors align with the company’s strategic goals and operational requirements.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technology management, automation, or a related field. Experience with LMS (Moodle) and CRM (HubSpot) systems is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical expertise in system management, automation tools, and integration techniques. Experience customizing LMS platforms to meet client-specific needs.
- Vendor Management: Proven experience managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Problem-solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
