Business Development Representative (full-time, exempt)

  • WORK LOCATION: Remote Position /XINNIX Office Atlanta
  • REPORTS TO: National Sales Manager
  • MISSION: To generate business through prospecting and interacting with companies in multiple verticals by helping them achieve both their short and long-term growth goals utilizing XINNIX products and services.
  • DESCRIPTION: The Business Development Representative role is an integral sales position at XINNIX and is an entry-level position with upward growth potential. The role is responsible for researching companies, making outbound calls to qualify potential leads, and setting appointments to be followed up by a National Sales Executive.

Responsibilities And Expectations Of Position

  • Ability to create and execute outbound cold calls
  • Ability to conduct cold and warm calls
  • Follow up with an email to each outbound cold call
  • Set appointments for assigned National Sales Executives
  • Responsible for projects as assigned by National Sales Manager 
  • Maintain the data integrity within the XINNIX Sales System

Skills Required

  • 1-3 years of sales experience. Social selling and Marketing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of sales process and effective selling techniques
  • Effective listening skills
  • Ability to convert client needs and expectations into viable appointments
  • Strong written and oral communication ability
  • Organized workflow methods to successfully meet deadlines and balance priorities 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Basic knowledge of sales CRMs. HubSpot preferred

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience

Technology and Automation Specialist

The Technology and Automation Specialist will oversee the administration and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, manage vendor relationships, and implement automation processes. This role also includes customizing the LMS to meet specific client desires, ensuring seamless integration between platforms, and sourcing new vendors to support our technology needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent vendor management skills, and a passion for driving operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do: 

System Management
  • Administer and maintain the LMS (Moodle) and CRM (HubSpot) systems, ensuring they are fully operational and meet the organization’s needs
  • Troubleshoot issues, implement updates and ensure data integrity across all platforms. 
Automation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows to streamline processes across sales, marketing, and training functions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the company’s technology stack. 
Vendor Management: 
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, including the technology security company Novatech, ensuring service levels are met and the company’s technology infrastructure remains secure and up to date.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and performance monitoring with all technology vendors. 
Technical Support and Customization: 
  • Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving issues related to LMS, CRM, and other critical systems.
  • Customize the LMS (Moodle) to meet specific client needs, including creating custom modules, configuring course settings, and adapting the platform to align with client training requirements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical problems for both the sales and training teams, ensuring minimal downtime. 
Integration Management: 
  • Ensure seamless integration between various technology platforms, including Moodle, HubSpot, and other systems used by the organization.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to develop and maintain integrations that support business processes. 
Vendor Sourcing and Hiring: 
  • Identify, evaluate, and hire vendors to support the organization’s technology and automation needs.
  • Manage the selection process, negotiate contracts, and ensure that new vendors align with the company’s strategic goals and operational requirements.

Sales and Training Administrator

The Sales and Training Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales and training functions within XINNIX. This position involves managing a variety of administrative tasks, from processing orders and managing the sales pipeline to coordinating training enrollments and maintaining student records. The ideal candidate will have experience in both sales support and training coordination, with strong organizational skills and a customer-service mindset. 

  • Location: Nationwide (Remote), but driving distance to Alpharetta, GA a plus
  • Type: Full-Time, exempt

What You’ll Do: 

Sales Support:

  • Manage contact and company records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. 
  • Process orders, create sales agreements, and assist in managing the sales pipeline to support the sales team.
  • Generate sales reports, create leads, and assist in prospecting activities to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage bulk orders, update consumption reports, and maintain the shopping cart process. 
Training Coordination: 
  • Handle all aspects of training enrollments, including processing registrations and managing roster spreadsheets.
  • Set up and manage webinars, including sending confirmation emails, class reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate student records in the LMS (Moodle), ensuring that all updates and communications are timely and accurate.
  • Coordinate SIM LIVE courses, including student setup, creating and sending out session recordings, and managing the Vimeo account. 
Customer and Client Support: 
  • Provide responsive and proactive support to both sales and training teams, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
  • Manage inquiries through Service Hub, chat, and training email accounts, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction. 
Content and Communication Management: 
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of training materials, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and training objectives.
  • Develop and distribute surveys to gather feedback from training participants, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Update and manage the training calendar, ensuring all events are scheduled and communicated effectively. 
Reports and Data Management: 
  • Generate and analyze reports from the CRM and LMS systems to support decision-making for both sales and training teams.
  • Monitor student activity in the LMS and provide regular updates to the training team, ensuring engagement and progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sales and training activities, ensuring data integrity. 
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with the sales, training, and technology teams to ensure smooth execution of all related tasks and projects.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Budget Management:

  • Work with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting for marketing-related expenses.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to optimize budget utilization. 
Event Coordination: 
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing-related events, including webinars, podcasts, and PR events.
