Accountability

Attending a training session isn’t enough; reflection is necessary for deep learning and retention. That’s why we hold our students accountable for their own performance and growth by encouraging them to take immediate action. We assign Accountability To-Dos at the end of each session, including journaling, self-surveys and assessments — and we show you how to achieve your goals, step by step.

Coaching

Coaching is not solely a part of our Performance Coaching program; it’s also integrated within our training programs. Whether it’s a one-on-one after a session with a coach or a group call, coaching and correction occur every step of the student’s journey.
