XINNIX Welcomes VP of Learning Enablement Kim Norton

ATLANTA, GA – (Aug. 16, 2021) – XINNIX, Inc., the premier provider of sales, operations and leadership performance programs, welcomes a new VP of Learning Enablement, Kim “Aloha” Norton, to the team.

Kim brings with her 15 years of experience in learning, development and human resources and a solid commitment to delivering consistent, innovative, and effective solutions. She is accomplished in workshop facilitation, program design and implementation, instructional and curriculum design, and coaching through assessments to improve communication and personal and professional development opportunities that support the growth of individuals, teams, and organizations.

Kim is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with a passion for learning and development strategy, training program design, and developing high performance leadership cultures. She has personally built corporate functions, led departments, established playbooks for success and fostered a team culture of providing elegant solutions and extraordinary support in order to offer best-in-class service.

Prior to joining XINNIX, Kim served as the Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer at Tramazing, a sales and leadership performance training and professional development consulting firm that was recently acquired by XINNIX. Kim has also served as the Vice President of Account Management and Client Services for Sandler Training, a recognized leader in the learning and development industry with more than 250 training locations around the globe. Kim also facilitated over 2500 hours of leadership content and provided assessment focused coaching in the United States, England, Europe, and Asia to over 1500 leaders while with Lonza a global Life Science Organization.

Kim has personally designed and managed programs with global organizations such as Indeed, Dropbox, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Watlow, and Not-for-Profit organizations such as the Girl Scouts of the USA.

In keeping with the XINNIX tradition of assigning military-style call signs to new associates, Kim was dubbed “Aloha” for her love of Hawaiian culture and the “aloha spirit” – the essence of relationships in which each person is important to every other person for collective existence.
