ORIGINATOR is the industry's proven path for taking a brand-new Loan Officer and building them into a producing, XINNIX Certified Originator (XCO) through three gated phases: Ground School, Flight School, and Officer School.
New Loan Officers who enter the market fully trained, disciplined, and building a pipeline — with a nationally respected XCO designation and first-year production that competes with veterans.
A self-paced phase that builds core mortgage knowledge, with full-time XINNIX Performance Specialist support.
Completable in ~3 weeks full-time (up to a max of 3 months part-time).
A skills-based, blended phase for company and career assimilation. Ground School required first.
Full-time XINNIX Performance Specialist support.
Completable in ~2 weeks full-time (up to a max of 3 months part-time).
The critical sales phase that builds a pipeline fast with daily accountability to a XINNIX Performance Specialist for 4 weeks.
Earns the XINNIX Certified Originator (XCO) designation.*
*Requires successful completion of Ground School and Flight School.

Three phases, three ways to start: take them one at a time, pair Ground School with Flight School, or commit to the full path. Every route includes full-time support from a XINNIX Performance Specialist — and each phase must be completed before the next unlocks, so no one advances before they're ready.
I entered XINNIX with absolutely no mortgage experience at all. After I went through all the classes to learn how to be an MLO, I had all kinds of knowledge but no practical experience. I didn't realize how much I had actually learned until people at my company started coming up to me and asking me questions. They had been in the industry for years and years but they were asking me questions about basic knowledge, marketing, prospecting and wanted to know what I was doing, even though I was a rookie with only 6 months under my belt. That's when I realized how far ahead XINNIX had put me! Since then I have seen my individual production grow enough to start a team and we have done over $100m per year for the last 8 years.
I'm pumped that I've kicked off my journey and am crushing it with the intensive XINNIX ORIGINATOR training program! It's easy to see why the ORIGINATOR program lives up to its reputation as the most comprehensive and nationally acclaimed in the industry. Knowing the prestigious XCO designation that is earned through this program and held by less than 1/2 of 1% of mortgage professionals is incredibly motivating as I beast my way through this.
We've built our rookie development strategy around XINNIX ORIGINATOR. As we've increased hiring, it's given us a proven system to develop new loan officers without placing the entire training burden on our leaders. Our rookies learn the right habits from day one, build confidence faster, and enter production with a strong foundation. It's become an invaluable part of how we grow our team.
