Finance Administrator

Job Description: 

  • Administrative Support
    • This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will provided administrative support to him and the Business Administrator.
  • Financial Calendar Management
    • Management of the annual financial calendar which includes scheduling meetings, events, strategic planning sessions, project reviews, conferences, projects, and project management
  • Due Diligence Support
    • Assist with the completing of all client due diligence compliance questionnaires
  • Partnership and Alliance Accounting
    • Create partnership invoices, terms, and payment processing
    •  Partnership agreement execution
    • Confirm partnership compliance, consumption, debits, and credits
  • Order Process Support
    • Releasing orders after payments have been processed
    • Working closely with the training and client success departments to ensure the process flows smoothly
  • Financial Reporting
    • Preparation of financial reports on a regularly scheduled basis and well as filling ad hoc request of senior leadership
    • Provide financial reporting support for XINNIX departments based upon their business requirements
  • Back-up Role:
    •  Serve a back-up role for the Business Administrator and the Sales Administrator
    • to cover vacations

Required Skills

Senior Manager of Content and Communications

JOB PURPOSE:

This is a new position that will help lead the critical communications and content needs that will maintain the brand in the mortgage vertical and launch and build the brand globally in all verticals. The company has grown in a single vertical with a small team responsible for executing a very comprehensive marketing and communications strategy. To build the brand in verticals outside of mortgage and fast-track XINNIX from new disrupter to leader, the company will require a focus on media relations and the development of thought leadership with an experienced communications professional in addition to the communications specialist that currently executes the communications plan.

Product Marketing Manager

JOB TITLE: Product Marketing Manager (full-time, exempt)

REPORTS TO: Chief Marketing Officer

JOB PURPOSE:

This is a new position in the Delta Force Marketing Team that will help manage the critical marketing and communications needs to support plan development and manage the day-to-day execution of the go-to-market plan of all new products and services offered by XINNIX The Academy of Excellence. Products will be offered in both the mortgage vertical where brand recognition is high in the US and in new non-mortgage verticals where the brand must be built and products offered globally. The company has grown in a single vertical with a small team responsible for executing a very comprehensive marketing and communications strategy. To build the brand in verticals outside of mortgage and fast-track XINNIX from new disrupter to leader, the company will require a marketing generalist to focus on working with the CMO and product development to fine-tune strategy and execute tactical plans to bring products in an expanded Training, Coaching and Accountability model to market to sell in all verticals.

  • Manage the 12-week marketing communications calendar of tollgates, milestones and launch for each product
  • Ensure key messaging and brand guidelines are established, documented and maintained for products
  • Work with marketing and communications to ensure brand standards are in place by product
  • Coordinate activities with outside vendor partners needed to execute go to market strategy
  • Capture and develop effective Key Messaging by product to be used in all product marketing and communications using established touchpoints and recommending new opportunities
  • Work with Communications team to execute Media Strategy by vertical and general audiences that includes news release management, relationship building with key electronic and print media for XINNIX news on products
  • Negotiate contracts for services needed with outside vendor partners
  • Review and secure final approvals of stakeholders and sponsors of all customer-facing materials
  • Other marketing and communications activities as needed
  • Serve as backup on marketing and communications processes and personnel as needed

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in marketing, public relations, advertising, or communications.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in marketing and communications
  • Work in a training company or educational services provider preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Hubspot or Salesforce/Pardot
  • Ability to manage migration between marketing automation and CRM platforms a plus
