Mortgage Performance Specialist/Trainer

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Ability to create and foster relationships with students over long periods of time
  • Ability to hold students accountable to the disciplines instilled within each Performance Program
  • Support and mentor new Loan Officers entering the business within the ORIGINATOR program
  • Conducts training via webinars and live, when required
  • Delivers existing training curriculum based on student needs. Includes training in sales skills, communication skills, presentations skills, time management, business planning, etc.
  • Develops new training and enhances content of existing training curriculum as needed
  • Investigates available training methods and procedures to determine the most effective way to conduct training
  • Find solutions to business issues, make recommendations, and answer student inquiries
  • Leads or works on special projects as required
  • Works cross-functionally with all departments in organization

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years mortgage management experience required and 5+ years loan origination experience required
  • Demonstrates advanced understanding of the mortgage industry
  • 1+ year(s) presentation or training experience preferred but not required
  • Exhibits polished, professional presence with confidence
  • Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Effectively conveys information/ideas through verbal & written communication to individuals and groups
  • Uses appropriate interpersonal style and communication methods to gain acceptance of an idea or counsel others
  • Demonstrates excellent listening and observation skills
  • Demonstrates superior attention-to-detail and solid organizational skills
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates flexibility and readiness to modify approach as situations require
  • Works well within a team environment
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer software skills

XINNIX is currently seeking National Sales Executives in the Texas Region.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • 15+ years proven track record in B2B sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and its current events
  • Proven experience calling on C-Suite level executives in the Banking, Mortgage Lending and Credit Union space
  • Ability to close selling opportunities on the entire suite of XINNIX products and services
  • Knowledge of the consultative sales process
  • Ability and willingness to travel 25-35% of your time
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

Training Coordinator

Supports the XINNIX training, accountability and coaching team with student registration, class setup, and class communications. Additionally, compiles, tracks, coordinates, and creates all ROI reports within Performance Training programs.

Job Description:

  • Manage class rosters and registrations of all Performance Training programs.
  • Send class communications for all programs
  • Create and maintain student attendance reports
  • Track course evaluation scores from each class
  • Maintain and create (as needed) ROI reporting
  • Setup class and rosters within GoToWebinar and internal Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Work closely with training, accountability and coaching team to ensure appropriate learning materials are delivered to all students
  • Own, identify, research, and resolve student questions and issues
  • Assists in administrative duties associated with the LMS
  • Monitors inventory of on-hand supplies, reorders as necessary through designated vendors

Required Skills

  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience working with learning teams (financial industry a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to deliver superior customer service to student within all XINNIX Performance Training programs
  • Experience working with remote teams and use of virtual conference tools.
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communications skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members
