National Sales Executive

Mission:  To generate business by serving mortgage companies and executives to help them achieve both their short and long term growth goals utilizing our products and services. To establish a strategic sales plan and prioritize corporate clients for on-going sales and training opportunities.

Description:  The National Sales Executive is a consultative sales role at XINNIX, which requires prior B2B sales experience. The National Sales Executive role requires a thorough knowledge of XINNIX products and services and prior mortgage industry experience is required. The role reports to the VP – National Sales Manager and is responsible for generating new corporate clients and managing existing relationships. This is a “Hunter” role. The Business Development Executive is responsible for having a strategic plan for each client, implementing that strategy and managing the client relationship. The positions will be located in California, Midwest area, New England area and Texas.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Generate new sales of $1,500,000 annually
  • Proven success building relationships with and selling to C-Suite prospects
  • Minimum $1,500,000 annual revenue production over the last 5 years selling to Mortgage Companies, Banks & Credit Unions
  • Understand our clients business drivers and organizational imperatives and translate that knowledge into revenue producing opportunities
  • Ability to create and manage a strategic client plan
  • Ability to conduct sales presentations via online sales tools and in person
  • Maintain quality communications and follow up with all clients and prospects
  • Participate in trade shows, conventions and client visits regularly
  • Maintain the data integrity within the XINNIX Sales Systems (Salesforce and Clearslide)
  • Actively participate in key geographical industry associates in designated target market
  • Responsible for projects as assigned by National Sales Manager
  • Travel 30-35%
Skills Required
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and its current events
  • Ability to convert clients needs and expectations into corporate clients
  • Superior presentation and communication skils, both oral and written
  • Good organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate client needs
  • Ability to close selling opportunities on the entire suite of XINNIX products and services
  • 15+ years proven track record in B2B sales within the Mortgage Industry
Knowledge Required
  • The ability to understand a client’s needs and translate that into a business concept
  • Thorough knowledge of XINNIX corporate programs, training schedule, programs and services
  • Knowledge of the consultative sales process
  • Ability to effectively negotiate corporate agreements
  • Ability to fully manage all aspects the corporate client relationship
  • Microsoft Office suite of products

Client Advisor


Mission
To generate business by serving mortgage companies and individuals in helping them achieve both their short and long term growth goals utilizing our products and services. To establish and prioritize corporate clients for on-going sales and training opportunities.

 

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Perform outbound phone calls to warm leads and cold leads
  • Generate sales for new and existing business accounts
  • Assess and prioritize new leads
  • Ability to create and execute cold call strategies
  • Assist with sales campaigns for new business and greater account penetration
  • Be able to close a minimum number of sales per month
  • Maintain data integrity within the XINNIX CRM

Communicates regularly with the following

  • CEO
  • Vice President, National Sales Manager
  • Sales & Marketing Assistant
Job Requirements

Skills

  • Sales or extroverted personality
  • Ability to convert client needs and expectations into viable appointments
  • Strong written and oral communication ability
  • Good organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Reasonable attention to detail with the ability to evaluate client needs

Knowledge

  • A general knowledge of mortgage banking, loan origination and mortgage company management is preferred
  • A familiarity of origination and fundamental mortgage training is helpful
  • The ability to understand a client’s needs and translate that into a business concept is very important

Experience

  • A background of general sales experience is necessary

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or business related (finance, accounting, marketing, etc.) is preferred. In lieu of this, sales experience is acceptable

Client Success Manager

Mission:  To effectively manage the day-to-day relationship between corporate clients, sales and training to ensure the highest customer service levels, maximize ROI for our clients and retain customers long term.

Responsibilities and Expectations:  Manage Corporate Clients & Corporate Partners
  • Successfully launch new corporate partners and relationships
  • Follow and lead corporate partner management plan
  • Create and provide annual training plans, custom calendars and learning paths for Managers and Loan Officers
  • Manage contract consumption of corporate partners
  • Maintain on-going reporting that includes ROI, consumption, and participant results
  • Implement marketing efforts to maximize utilization and contract consumption
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders both at XINNIX and within large corporate accounts by conducting monthly reviews, providing accurate reporting and visiting with clients
  • Meet regularly with assigned Client Advisor to provide updates and discuss any assistance needed
  • Ensure company rosters are maintained
  • Train online and live classes as needed
  • Attend sales calls (live/online) with XINNIX Special Forces team members when necessary
  • Cross-sell/Upsell current corporate partnerships
  • Lead contract renewal and expansion discussions
  • Assist sales with existing clients on the verge of Platinum Status
Job Requirements
  • 5+ years loan origination experience required
