As a National Sales Executive at XINNIX you will be joining a fast-paced, transformative, high-energy, and client-centric sales professionals focused on providing XINNIX clients and students with the ultimate performance development training and support in the industry.

This is a full-time SALES role. We are looking for top-performing individuals who know how to build a business by adhering to a proven sales process and through effective sales behaviors of planning, preparing, researching, prospecting, and diligent follow-up.

National Sales Manager

National Sales Manager (full-time, exempt)

  • WORK LOCATION: Remote Position /XINNIX Office Atlanta
  • REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer
  • MISSION: To lead a team of National Sales Executives to achieve annual revenue goals for XINNIX

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS OF POSITION

  • Lead and manage a team of National Sales Executives in an award-winning culture
  • Provide sales management intelligence and insight to the XINNIX Leadership Team
  • Participate with the Leadership Team in the execution of the XINNIX Corporate Strategy across multiple functions
  • Assist in the development and management of new clients using multiple solutions
  • Create annual sales strategy and participate in the XINNIX annual planning process
  • Create and manage sales forecast: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually
  • Plan and manage participation in industry and client sales conferences and events
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation, business development, client engagements, and solution selling
  • Develop, prioritize, and manage key performance indicators: revenue targets, opportunity pipeline, full solution selling, and customer relationship development
  • Provide monthly and weekly sales updates to Leadership Team
  • Participate in annual product pricing and product packaging strategy discussions
  • Source, assess, and recruit outstanding sales talent
  • Develop and manage annual sales budgets
  • Achieve annual and monthly sales targets

EDUCATION

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or business-related disciplines (finance, accounting, marketing, etc.)
  • In lieu of education requirements, business and management experience may be acceptable

Lead Instructional Designer

Lead Instructional Designer (full-time, exempt)

The Lead Instructional Designer role is central to XINNIX’s ability to offer innovative professional training and flexible learning experiences at scale. This role will lead learning experience (LX) design while developing, maintaining, and enhancing new and existing training programs. This individual will conceptualize and storyboard instructionally sound and engaging course components and build these using authoring tools for delivery to learners through modern modalities; facilitated, online, hybrid, mobile. This individual will work closely with the leadership team, trainers, and learner support. The position will work cross-functionally with all lines of business to deliver on our commitment to excellence.  

As a learning innovation leader, you will…

  • Create and implement custom education programs that apply Adult Learning Principles and incorporate best practice delivery techniques 
  • Design and develop creative assets including but not limited to storyboards, wireframes, graphics, motion graphics, audiovisual media, print materials, etc. 
  • Apply modern adult learning techniques to support facilitated, virtual, online, and blended learning 
  • Lead collaborative learning design with internal teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) 
  • Ensure consistency of learning and development opportunities across projects 
  • Validate the learning solutions created deliver the intended learning experience 
  • Meet regularly with stakeholders to manage priorities and assignments 
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to training delivery staff and instructional designers 
  • Manage SMEs knowledge to convert expertise into effective professional learning programs 
  • Work with SMEs to conceptualize and develop evaluation measures, including knowledge checks, course evaluations, and assessments 
  • Participate in content review, revision, and sign-off cycles 
  • Learn and support systems essential to learning delivery, content management, and project management 
  • Promote collaboration, partnerships, and relationships among the learning and development team 
  • Support the business including strategic planning, project management, change management, documentation, and new services 
  • Establish yourself as a “go to” person for learning delivery innovation and vetted best practices 

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design and development for multi-modal training  
  • Minimum 2-3 years project management / project leadership experience 
  • Demonstrated application of standard training practices and procedures; ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking, adult learning principles / andragogy 
  • Strong e-learning authoring tool skills (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) 
  • Experience in learning management systems (LMS) with knowledge of accessibility standards 
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative, flexible, and innovative in course design 
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems while working under pressure  
  • Demonstrated ability to show good judgment, take initiative, and act decisively  
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with peers to ensure successful collaborative learning outcomes  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong graphic design skills 
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple priorities that need to be effectively managed while maintaining composure and flexibility, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. 

Preferred Experience

  • Graduate degree in Adult Learning, Business, Instructional Design, Technology, or related field is preferred 
  • Corporate training experience is a plus 
  • Management or team lead experience is a plus 
  • Experience in audiovisual post-production workflow (editing, color correction, audio sweetening) is a plus
