This is a full-time SALES role. We are looking for top-performing individuals who know how to build a business by adhering to a proven sales process and through effective sales behaviors of planning, preparing, researching, prospecting, and diligent follow-up.

JOB TITLE: Director of Content and Communications (Full-time, exempt)
WORK LOCATION/DEPARTMENT: Remote Position /XINNIX Office Atlanta – Marketing Department
REPORTS TO: Chief Marketing Officer
JOB PURPOSE:
This is a new position that will help lead the critical communications and content needs that will maintain the brand in the mortgage vertical and launch and build the brand globally in all verticals. The company has grown in a single vertical with a small team responsible for executing a very comprehensive marketing and communications strategy. To build the brand in verticals outside of mortgage and fast-track XINNIX from new disrupter to leader, the company will require a focus on media relations and the development of thought leadership with an experienced communications professional in addition to the communications specialist that currently executes the communications plan.

WORK LOCATION/DEPARTMENT: Remote Position /XINNIX Office Atlanta – Marketing Department

JOB PURPOSE:
This is a new position in the Delta Force Marketing Team that will help manage the critical marketing and communications needs to support plan development and manage the day-to-day execution of the go-to-market plan of all new products and services offered by XINNIX The Academy of Excellence. Products will be offered in both the mortgage vertical where brand recognition is high in the US and in new non-mortgage verticals where the brand must be built and products offered globally. The company has grown in a single vertical with a small team responsible for executing a very comprehensive marketing and communications strategy. To build the brand in verticals outside of mortgage and fast-track XINNIX from new disrupter to leader, the company will require a marketing generalist to focus on working with the CMO and product development to fine-tune strategy and execute tactical plans to bring products in an expanded Training, Coaching and Accountability model to market to sell in all verticals.
