Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Ability to create and foster relationships with students over long periods of time
  • Ability to hold students accountable to the disciplines instilled within each Performance Training Program
  • Support and mentor new Loan Officers entering the business within the ORIGINATOR program
  • Conducts training via webinars and live, when required
  • Delivers existing training curriculum based on student needs. Includes training in sales skills, communication skills, presentations skills, time management, business planning, etc.
  • Develops new training and enhances content of existing training curriculum as needed
  • Investigates available training methods and procedures to determine the most effective way to conduct training
  • Find solutions to business issues, make recommendations, and answer student inquiries
  • Leads or works on special projects as required
  • Works cross-functionally with all departments in organization

Job Requirements: MUST have Mortgage origination experience to be considered

  • 3+ years mortgage origination experience required and 5+ years loan origination experience required
  • Demonstrates advanced understanding of the mortgage industry
  • 1+ year(s) presentation or training experience preferred but not required
  • Exhibits polished, professional presence with confidence
  • Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Effectively conveys information/ideas through verbal & written communication to individuals and groups
  • Uses appropriate interpersonal style and communication methods to gain acceptance of an idea or counsel others
  • Demonstrates excellent listening and observation skills

Salesforce & LMS Administrator

The Salesforce and Technology Administrator will manage, maintain and support our Salesforce and Learning Management Systems as well as oversee our MSP partnership. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can directly interact with system users to understand their needs, then administer and enhance the system accordingly.

Job Description: 

  1. Salesforce:
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
    • Onsite point of contact for salesforce for sales and marketing/training
    • Manage the database for the teams and performed basic administration, de-duping and cleanup procedures
    • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
    • Monitor team’s adoption rates and responded as needed providing them with training sessions, communication and documentation as needed.
    • Assist users with report design and management
  2. LMS:
    • Support day-to-day administration of (LMS for Associates) through the creation/scheduling of new courses/classes, roster management and eLearning content testing.
    • Participate in the development and maintenance of a knowledge base and supporting documentation regarding administrative access and functions of the LMS.
    • Develop training and material for users of the system to review and learn.  This should include both learners and instructors.
    • Support other LMS administrators with testing content, enhancements and general system functionality
    • Maintain communications for all programs
    • Maintain and create (as needed) ROI reporting
    • Own, identify, research, and resolve student questions and issues
  3. MSP Management:
    • Manages the interface with our partner MSP
    • Work with our Technical Account Manager to monitor system performance, the ticketing process and resolution, hardware/software management and deployment.

Required Skills

A Salesforce and Technology Administrator needs a solid understanding of the organization’s business. They must have Salesforce and LMS experience and a significant understanding of the general concepts of both systems.

  • 3 to 5 years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Product Suites
  • Experience with process documentation and contributing to system Knowledge Base repositories.
  • 2 to 4 years of Learning Management System experience
  • Experience with process documentation and contributing to system Knowledge Base repositories.
  • Experience working with remote teams and use of virtual conference tools.
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a team environment

Recommended Skills

  • Associates Degree or equivalent AND 2+ years’ experience previous related experience required
  • Salesforce.com Administrator certification
  • HTML experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of SCORM, and ability to edit, create and troubleshoot course issues
  • Knowledge of Articulate Storyline is a plus
  • Highly proficient in Excel including experience with advanced formulas and functions

Training Content Development Specialist

The Training Content Development Specialist will work closely with the Training, Accountability, Coaching & Client Engagement team to develop course materials and training modules.  This role will be responsible for building professional, effective, energizing, and relevant training content through all learning platforms to include live, webinar, on-demand and micro-learning lessons.

Job Description: 

  • Responsible for the development of content for instructor led, online and blended learning experiences
  • Develop evaluation tools to gauge success of developed learning program, conduct evaluations of learning programs and revise learning programs based on evaluation and feedback
  • Ability to develop knowledge and performance-based learning checks and assessments tied directly to all course objectives.
  • Influence future product development by using client experience data
  • Understand how to integrate new and existing content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Maintain updates and revisions of all training content.
  • Extensive experience creating and maintaining user guides, facilitator guides, and post class materials
  • Experience developing high quality interactive eLearning modules
  • As part of the training, accountability, coaching and client engagement team, work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and vertical line of business leaders to assist with new and on-going content development to assess the current and future needs of clients for content creation
  • As part of the Learning & Development team, work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and vertical line business leaders
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned by management

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of Training Curriculum Development/Content Design
  • 3-5 years’ experience in instructor-led, virtual, and e-Learning training, instructional design, and principles of adult learning theory.
  • 2 to 4 years of Learning Management System experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills.
  • Organized with excellent time-management skills, ability to multi-task, and manage competing priorities in a fast paced, demanding environment while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Content management for multiple projects
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt to frequent, rapid changes in organizational or product priorities
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, detail oriented, and a problem solver
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience working with remote teams and use of virtual conference tools

Recommended Skills
