Yes. IGNITE has rigorous entrance requirements to ensure each Loan Officer is prepared to execute at the level the program expects. Prospective students complete a XINNIX Success Questionnaire and, upon review, XINNIX then determines whether the Loan Officer is accepted into the program.

IGNITE equips Loan Officers with a proven formula for success built on daily and weekly prospecting activities combined with critical accountability. You’ll experience a substantial increase in production through:

  • Establishing business goals and building a strategic plan for a sustainable business model
  • Marketing strategically and effectively to potential clients and referral partners
  • Mastering the creation and use of a database
  • Building prospecting habits that are continuous and effective
  • Setting appointments and conducting impactful one-on-one meetings

IGNITE is an eight-week training and accountability program that includes four 90-minute and four 60-minute live webinars, along with daily accountability to XINNIX Performance Specialists.

  • Pre-Class – View a powerful kick-off Welcome Webinar that sets expectations for an incredible journey into daily accountability in building a pipeline quickly. A Manager Guide is provided to leaders to understand their support role.
  • Accepted students sign a Training Commitment and must complete all Prework to enter into Class 1.
  • Weeks 1–4: Training and Daily Accountability – Weekly 90-minute, instructor-led webinars
  • Weeks 5–8: Reinforcement Training and Daily Accountability – Weekly 60-minute, instructor-led webinars

IGNITE is delivered through instructor-led webinars, both live and self-paced depending on the series you select. Each interactive webinar includes handouts that students follow and complete during the program to ensure engagement, comprehension, and retention.

Accountability is central to IGNITE. XINNIX Performance Specialists hold students accountable on a daily basis for the timely and accurate completion of all assignments and prospecting activities. Students are required to submit all assignments for review, and this daily accountability turns new best practices into lifetime habits.

IGNITE students receive over 25 post-class business tools at no additional cost, including a Launch Plan sample and template, sales scripts, thank-you note scripts, a Master Database template, a Referral Source interview questionnaire, Referral Source profile worksheets, a Call Reluctance e-book, a PowerPoint template, closing scripts, and many more. These tools are used long after the class is complete.

Beyond its training and accountability, IGNITE includes an energizing process designed to drive participants to excel—featuring leaderboards, Student of the Week recognition, shared success stories, inspirational emails, and more.
