Susan “Phoenix” Stocker

Susan believes in delivering excellence. Her customer focus and skill at keeping strategy and execution properly aligned are huge factors in her success. Creating agile and innovative environments where co-creators and teams thrive is at the heart of her approach.

She brings a tremendous depth of wisdom, expertise and industry relationships to XINNIX from her 17 years with General Electric in Global Learning Leader roles for GE Money, GE Energy, and GE Software. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, she’s managed learning functions including strategic planning, instructional design and development and corporate trainers.

Having worked with business executives to deliver performance improvement programs at scale around the world, she understands firsthand the needs of corporate clients and how to deliver results. Evidence of Susan’s ability is highlighted in a recently developed program designed to successfully launch, grow and retain new associates. As a result, employee retention was tripled.

As VP of Learning Strategy & Technology, she’s creating, developing and implementing highly engaging learning experiences for students using cutting edge predictive learning technology. With her drive for excellence, winsome personality and depth of expertise, Susan’s contributions are not only touching not XINNIX but are also impacting countless employees, families and an entire industry.

Susan has two accountants in her family – husband Eric and daughter Katie, and enjoys living in their mountain home north of Atlanta, near the start of the Appalachian trail where they prepare for their annual 200+ mile hike through Glacier National Park.

She also volunteers with Kids Code and a local food bank.
