It started on a runway.
For years I watched talented sales professionals get put in the air before they knew how to fly — handed a title and a phone and told to figure the rest out. I knew there was a better way, because I'd learned it the hard way myself.
My husband, Rob, flew the KC-135 for the Air Force. When I described how I developed people — fundamentals first, then practice, then real accounts with someone in their corner — he stopped me. That's how the military develops a pilot, he said: master the fundamentals, prove them in the simulator, fly supervised, and only when you're ready, get cleared to fly solo.
That parallel became The XINNIX System™ — the method behind every program in the academy, and the reason our people don't just learn this business, they perform in it.
