Her Loan Officer career peaked with a personal annualized production of 500 closed loans representing $60 million in volume. Casey's broad industry experience includes sales, operations, human resources, training and executive management. Casey has served as Executive Vice President of a $4 billion super regional mortgage company and earned recognition as one of the highest ranking female executives in the industry.
As the chief designer and architect of the most proven and highly acclaimed mortgage training programs in the country, Casey has positioned XINNIX as the nation's number one mortgage academy. Her skills based sales courses have consistently produced the majority of Mortgage Originator Magazine's Rookie Superstars every year from 2002 through 2006. Veterans throughout the industry rave about Casey's business development and leadership programs as they reach unparalleled levels of production.
Since establishing XINNIX in 2002, Casey has recruited and led talented men and women from diverse industries to help XINNIX earn recognition in 2004 and 2005 as one of Atlanta Business Chronicle's top businesses to work for. The 2005 Atlanta Women's Pacesetters List recognized Casey as the city's fifth most influential female business owner. She was named one of the Top Female Entrepreneurs by Atlanta Woman Magazine in 2006.
Casey along with her husband and co-founder of XINNIX, Rob Cunningham, have always dreamed of opening a permanent home for children, a non-profit organization called The XINNIX Ranch. While The Ranch is in it's early stages of development, the XINNIX team participates in philanthropic events for underprivileged children.
In addition to leading a thriving new company, Casey is a national keynote speaker and consistently receives outstanding reviews from industry executives and their audiences. Her knowledge of the industry and exposure to thousands of mortgage companies and leaders allows her to speak first-hand about industry trends, best practices and growth strategies. She is a member of the National Mortgage Bankers Association, Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, and the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women.
Casey studied Marketing at Wofford College in South Carolina and Georgia State University in Atlanta. She is a native of Jacksonville, Florida, a member of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA, and enjoys reading, traveling, fly fishing, and spending time with her husband, beautiful daughter, and two playful dogs.
