1. How do I enroll?

Your application fee includes your personalized Sales Assessment results and an application enrollment assessment.

Your tuition fee includes world-class in-person instruction, training manuals, other course materials and daily afternoon refreshments.

6. How do I register multiple people for the same Flight School class?

7. If I want to register at the last minute, what should I do?
If you would like to register within 48 hours before a class start date, please call the XINNIX Operations Manager at 678-325-3500.

8. May I send a substitute in my place?
No substitutions are allowed.

9. How do I reschedule my Flight School training or cancel my reservation and request a refund?
If you register and later determine you are unable to attend your class, you may transfer to another scheduled class at no additional charge if you alert XINNIX at least one week before the class start date and space is available.

Cancellations are allowed when the enrolled student provides XINNIX with written notice of withdrawal from the class no less than two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the class start date and requests a full refund less a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.

XINNIX makes every effort to honor all scheduled class dates, yet in the unlikely circumstance a XINNIX event is cancelled or re-scheduled to a different date, our financial obligation is limited to a full refund of your class registration fees actually received by XINNIX. We encourage you to ensure your airline and/or hotel reservations are fully refundable and/or allow for changes without financial penalty.

10. When is payment due for the Flight School?
Payment is due upon enrollment into Flight School.

11. If I took out a personal loan, who would receive the loan check?
The check is sent to the student's address that was submitted with the application.

12. What happens if I have not paid the full tuition by the start of Flight School?
The student will not be allowed admittance into the program unless all tuitions are paid in full in advance of the start of Flight School.

13. Does XINNIX reserve my hotel room?
No. XINNIX negotiates special discounted rates for each training class. Our hotel partner will set aside a limited number of specially discounted rooms at this rate. These hotel rooms will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability. When reserving your hotel room, you must specifically request the "XINNIX rate" to receive our discounted room rate. The XINNIX block of hotel rooms may reach capacity at any time prior to a training class, so be sure to make your room reservations as early as possible.

14. I need special accommodations. What should I do?
All of our events are held in facilities that are handicap accessible. If you have other unique needs, please contact the XINNIX Operations Manager at 678-325-3500 as soon as possible prior to your training class date to ensure we make your learning experience as enjoyable as possible.

15. I need to make my flight reservations. What time does the course end on the last day?
The course ends at 4:00 p.m. on the final day of training. Traditionally, students celebrate their accomplishment through Friday evening with a non-mandatory cocktail reception. You may want to make flight arrangements accordingly. When booking your return flight, please be sure your departure time is 6:00 p.m. or later to allow ample travel time to the airport with Friday afternoon traffic.

16. Is transportation provided?
You will need to provide your own transportation to and from the airport. Once at the XINNIX preferred hotel, XINNIX has arranged for a shuttle to take you to and from the hotel to the XINNIX Academy. The hotel shuttle will also take you anywhere within five miles of the hotel. Further than that, a taxi or rental car will be needed.

17. What are the hours of the course?
Course hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day. There will be morning and afternoon breaks and a one hour lunch break each day.

18. Are meals provided?
Coffee, Tea and water are provided each morning prior to class along with a refreshment at the afternoon break.

19. What should I wear?
Professional business attire is appropriate. We suggest that you bring a light jacket or sweater as training room temperatures may vary considerably.

20. Are there any materials that I will need to purchase prior to attending Flight School?
Yes. The supplies you will need should be purchased AFTER you have been officially accepted into the program. You will need to purchase three books and you will need a financial calculator throughout your career in the mortgage industry. Although you can get by with a similar type of calculator, we strongly recommend that you purchase the industry standard Mortgage Qualifier Plus calculator. Many of our course materials are designed with this calculator in mind.

21. Will I need to bring my laptop computer?
Use of computers is not allowed during class, but may be used during breaks. Please note that there is Wifi Internet access for students' laptops. XINNIX provides public computers at the XINNIX Academy with Internet access for students' use during breaks and lunch. The hotel also provides Internet access in their guestrooms. Some assignments do require the use of a computer, but the XINNIX computers will suffice.

22. Will there be homework during Flight School?
Yes. There will be homework every night of your training during Flight School.

23. How long is the training for the entire ORIGINATOR course?
The ORIGINATOR program consists of two phases, Ground School and Flight School. Ground School requires a minimum of three weeks (full time) to complete. Flight School requires one week of in-branch assignments and two weeks of classroom learning in Atlanta, GA.

24. Will I be able to go home for the weekend?
If you elect to return home during training, please schedule your outbound departure times no earlier than 8:30 p.m. on Friday evening to allow for ample travel and airport check-in time. Classes dismiss at 6:00 p.m. each evening. We highly recommend your family member(s) and/or friends travel to see you in Atlanta so you spend valuable time studying instead of traveling. If you plan to leave Atlanta during Flight School, please be advised that you may miss student formed study sessions that normally meet over the weekend in preparation for the Certification Exam.
