If you qualify for admission and do not already have employment, you can immediately begin the interview process with our XINNIX partners, evaluate your job offer(s), apply for a personal loan (if necessary), and then reserve your ORIGINATOR class date.
Your specific mortgage company employment offer and benefits package will depend upon your individual skills, talents, and work history. XINNIX has no role in determining your employer, negotiating your compensation plan or designing your benefits package. XINNIX is an independent training company, not an employer. Note: Over 95% of our qualified candidates have been successfully employed as Loan Officers. A XINNIX Academy scholarship is usually offered to you as part of a benefits package from your new employer. However, XINNIX does not guarantee or imply, directly or otherwise, that any potential employer will agree to fund all or any portion of your XINNIX ORIGINATOR tuition.
