Our admissions process includes an invaluable screening tool designed to ensure potential students have what it takes to graduate from The XINNIX Academy and succeed in the mortgage industry. Our admissions process greatly aids our students and partner companies by evaluating each Loan Officer candidate's strengths, weaknesses, and aptitude for a career in mortgage sales.

XINNIX ORIGINATOR graduates earn our distinctive XINNIX Certified Originator (XCO) designation. This designation indicates successful completion of more than 90 courses, 400 hours of training and a rigorous four hour certification exam. Combined with a pledge to ethical customer service, an XCO ensures clients will receive valuable, professional advice.
