1. How do I register?
Click on the "Events Dates & Registration" link located on the left navigation menu. Select the Enroll Now button next to the appropriate class to complete our website registration form. Or, call a XINNIX Associate at 678-325-3500 for registration assistance.

2. What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes your class tuition, personalized Sales Assessment results, training manual, course materials, breakfast, lunch, and afternoon refreshments.

3. I'm having trouble logging on to complete the Sales Preference Questionnaire? What do I do?

4. Are there any pricing benefits available to me?
Yes, we will extend to you a $200 early registration savings for enrolling 60 or more days prior to your class date. If you miss that cut-off and you enroll at least 30 days prior to your training, you will receive a $100 early registration savings. (Cannot be combined with any other savings offer or price packaging)

5. How do I register multiple people for the same LEADERSHIP class?

6. If I want to register at the last minute, what should I do?
If you would like to register within 48 hours before an event, please call us at 678-325-3500.

7. May I send a substitute in my place?
Yes, you may make a one-time transfer of your training registration to a colleague. Please e-mail Admissions@XINNIX.com and provide us the following information:
  • Your registration name and the date of your class
  • The name of your company
  • The full name, company, e-mail address and phone number of the person who will attend training in your absence.
Please use the word "Substitute" in your subject line.

8. How do I reschedule my training class or cancel my reservation and request a refund?
If you register and later determine you are unable to attend your class, you may transfer (once) to another scheduled class within six (6) months of your initial registration, at no additional charge. You may also transfer your registration to a colleague (see FAQ #7). Class transfers requested less than fifteen (15) business days prior to your original class date will be charged a $250 transfer fee.

If you registered for an Open class, you will receive a complete refund, less a $250 processing fee, if we receive your written cancellation no later than fifteen (15) business days prior to your class start date.

No refunds are given if you registered for a Private class where XINNIX Instructors travel to your location. You may attend a future class or transfer your registration to a colleague as mentioned above.

If you are charged for a class which you do not attend, we will make every effort to allow you to attend a future event on a "space available" basis for the following six (6) months. No refunds for missed training classes will be issued. XINNIX makes every effort to honor all scheduled class dates, yet in the unlikely circumstance a XINNIX event is cancelled or re-scheduled to a different date, our financial obligation is limited to a full refund of your class registration fees actually received by XINNIX. We encourage you to ensure your airline and/or hotel reservations are fully refundable and/or allow for changes without financial penalty.

9. Does XINNIX reserve my hotel room?
No. XINNIX negotiates special discounted rates for each training location. Our hotel partners will set aside a limited number of specially discounted rooms at this rate. These hotel rooms will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability. When reserving your hotel room, you must specifically request the "XINNIX rate" to receive our discounted room rate. The XINNIX block of hotel rooms may reach capacity at any time prior to a training event, so be sure to make your room reservations as early as possible.

10. I need special accommodations. What should I do?
All of our events are held in facilities that are handicap accessible. If you have other unique needs, please contact the XINNIX Operations Manager at 678-325-3500 as soon as possible prior to your training class date to ensure we make your learning experience as enjoyable as possible.

11. What are the hours of the course?
Course hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. There will be morning and afternoon breaks and a one hour lunch break each day.

12. Are meals provided?
Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are provided when at the XINNIX Academy. With private classes, meals are at the discretion of the company.

13. What should I wear?
Professional business attire is appropriate. We suggest that you bring a light jacket or sweater as training room temperatures may vary considerably.

14. Will I need to bring my laptop computer?
Use of computers is not allowed during class, but can be used during breaks. Please note that there is no Internet access for students' laptops. XINNIX provides public computers at the XINNIX Academy with Internet access for students' use during breaks and lunch.

15. Is transportation provided?
You will need to provide your own transportation to and from the airport. Once at the hotel, XINNIX has arranged for a shuttle to take you to and from the hotel to the XINNIX Academy. The hotel shuttle will also take you anywhere within five miles of the hotel. Further than that, a taxi or rental car will be needed.

16. I need to make my flight reservations. What time does the course end on the last day?
Traditionally, we try to conclude around 5:00 p.m. on the last day. When making your flight arrangements, please allow ample time to travel to the airport.
