Roundtable for Leaders is designed to target your daily challenges, both as a producer and a manager, and create solutions that work for you. This interactive forum provides the opportunity to get re-energized as you learn best practices and gain insight on how to coach your team more effectively.
ABOUT THE GROUPS
Roundtable groups can be either private or open. If you gather four or more people for the call, you have created a private group. If your group includes less than four people, we will place you in our next available open group.

We will meet by phone once a month as a group for 50 minutes. In between your monthly calls we will assign you to an accountability partner from your group for a one-on-one phone appointment to help keep you focused and on target to complete your action items.
