Marie Ratchup, Performance Coach Marie began her coaching career after working at Smith Barney for over 25 years. She received her CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) certification from the Coaches Training Institute, and has worked with hundreds of top professionals within the financial services industry. Marie also successfully completed the Oglethorpe University Financial Planner Program.
