What is the International
Coach Federation?

The International Coach Federation (ICF) is a professional association of personal and business coaches, organized to preserve the integrity of coaching around the globe. ICF defines coaching as "a trusting, professional partnership between a client and a coach to efficiently and effectively support the client to increase performance and to improve quality of life."

Why is ICF accreditation important?
