<title>XINNIX Enhances Mortgage Originator Training</title>
<description>
		XINNIX, the leading provider of comprehensive sales training and leadership development for mortgage professionals, announced major enhancements to its comprehensive ORIGINATOR training program designed for new loan officers. The enhanced program is comprised of two phases, followed by a formal certification testing process and has been designed to provide students and employers with greater flexibility and value in utilizing the XINNIX ORIGINATOR program.
		The initial phase of the revamped program, known as XINNIX Ground School, provides candidates access to XINNIX's 57 essential training courses with online testing and instructor support, and can be completed at their own pace and in their local market. The second phase, XINNIX Flight School, consists of a two week instructor-led, advanced skills training program conducted at the XINNIX campus in Atlanta. Upon full completion of Ground School and Flight School training, a student must successfully undergo a rigorous certification exam, coupled with student acceptance of a strict code of professional standards, to obtain the XINNIX Certified Originator (XCO) designation.
		"Our enhanced ORIGINATOR program delivers the same exceptional training results while greatly reducing our student's required investment and time spent away from home," said Casey Cunningham, president and founder of XINNIX. "Serious mortgage professionals willing to invest their personal time, money and effort in completion of our program have historically become many of the industry's most respected and successful loan officers."
		From 2002 through 2006, more than 40% of Mortgage Originator Magazine's recognized "rookie" superstar loan officers were trained by Casey Cunningham's methods and the XINNIX team. The enhanced ORIGINATOR training platform, which now includes comprehensive Ground School studies, advanced Flight School training and XINNIX Certification testing, offers greater student flexibility, easier integration with existing training programs, more effective recruiting and on-boarding, higher retention rates and faster production growth.

<title>Potter's House Kids join XINNIX for an outing at Brunswick Bowling</title>
<description>
Over 20 boys from the “Potter’s House”, a foster home in Stone Mountain, GA,
enjoyed bowling, food, and prizes in a summer kick-off party with associates
from XINNIX, The Mortgage Academy of Excellence. The event, held at Brunswick
Bowling Lanes in Roswell was a surprising treat for the kids, most of who come
from disadvantaged backgrounds. The “Potter’s House” is a refuge for young boys,
mostly between the ages of 5 and 14.

Casey and Rob Cunningham, co-founders of XINNIX, have always dreamed of
opening a foster home for children, a non-profit organization called the XINNIX
Ranch. Currently, XINNIX donates a portion of its gross revenue to The XINNIX
Ranch. That money, combined with donations from generous corporate partners and
alumni, should allow The Cunningham’s to open the home to approximately 100
foster children within the next 5 years. While the ranch is still in its early
stages of development, The Cunningham’s wanted to touch the lives of
underprivileged children now. XINNIX President Casey Cunningham said, “Our
philanthropic events continue to fuel our desire to get our ranch open and gives
us a chance to share with others now, while we are still building the plans for
the XINNIX Ranch. The “Potter’s House” is one of 85 foster homes in Metro
Atlanta supported by the Children’s Restoration Network (CRN), a non-profit
agency that raises money for homeless children and their mothers. XINNIX offers
training courses, products, and services in hopes of raising the standards in
the mortgage industry, as well as changing the lives of their students, both
personally and professionally. For more information on XINNIX, visit www.XINNIX.com
or call 877-798-9996. To learn how you can volunteer with the Children’s Restoration Network,
