Casey Gonzalez Cunningham, President and Co-Founder

With more than 20 years of diverse retail mortgage banking experience; Casey is an incredible source of information and a powerhouse in the industry. Her Loan Officer career peaked with a personal annualized production of 500 closed loans representing $60 million in volume. Casey's broad industry experience includes sales, operations, human resources, training and executive management. Casey has served as Executive Vice President of a $4 billion super regional mortgage company and earned recognition as one of the highest ranking female executives in the industry.

As the chief designer and architect of the most proven and highly acclaimed mortgage training programs in the country, Casey has positioned XINNIX as the nation's number one mortgage academy. Her skills based sales courses have consistently produced the majority of Mortgage Originator Magazine's Rookie Superstars every year from 2002 through 2006. Veterans throughout the industry rave about Casey's business development and leadership programs as they reach unparalleled levels of production.

Since establishing XINNIX in 2002, Casey has recruited and led talented men and women from diverse industries to help XINNIX earn recognition in 2004 and 2005 as one of Atlanta Business Chronicle's top businesses to work for. The 2005 Atlanta Women's Pacesetters List recognized Casey as the city's fifth most influential female business owner. She was named one of the Top Female Entrepreneurs by Atlanta Woman Magazine in 2006.

Casey along with her husband and co-founder of XINNIX, Rob Cunningham, have always dreamed of opening a permanent home for children, a non-profit organization called The XINNIX Ranch. While The Ranch is in it's early stages of development, the XINNIX team participates in philanthropic events for underprivileged children.

In addition to leading a thriving new company, Casey is a national keynote speaker and consistently receives outstanding reviews from industry executives and their audiences. Her knowledge of the industry and exposure to thousands of mortgage companies and leaders allows her to speak first-hand about industry trends, best practices and growth strategies. She is a member of the National Mortgage Bankers Association, Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, and the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women.

Casey studied Marketing at Wofford College in South Carolina and Georgia State University in Atlanta. She is a native of Jacksonville, Florida, a member of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA, and enjoys reading, traveling, fly fishing, and spending time with her husband, two beautiful daughters, English bulldog and toy rat terrier.

Rob Cunningham, Executive Vice President and Co-Founder

For over 20 years, Rob has performed and excelled in the fields of mortgage and investment banking, sales, insurance and management. He co-founded XINNIX in 2002 with his wife, Casey, and is responsible for its sales, business development and strategic growth. Rob's vision has led XINNIX to garner recognition from Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the best companies to work for in 2004 and 2005. Through his leadership, the company continues to earn national acclaim as one of the most respected sales and leadership training companies in the country.

Prior to co-founding XINNIX, Rob organized and inspired a network of investment advisors, mortgage professionals, and tax consultants in Georgia and Florida whose collective mortgage production resulted in more than $3 billion in lending over four years. In 1996, he was the #1, nationally ranked, mortgage producer among his firm's 14,000 financial consultants. Rob's professional background includes six years of investment banking experience with Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney where he held Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health and annuity insurance licenses.

Rob's career has also included service as a USAF Captain and Delta Air Lines pilot, during which time he logged more than 4,000 military, combat, instructor, commercial and civilian flight hours. As a part of his diverse career background, Rob is also a nationally recognized expert and speaker on the topic of interest-only mortgages and liability management.

Rob graduated from The University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in business administration in Management Information Systems. He is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, attends North Point Community Church, and enjoys snow skiing, fly fishing, college football and spending time with his wife, two beautiful daughters, English bulldog and toy rat terrier.

Jack Karaszewski, EVP Business Development

Jack is an extremely proven industry veteran with an exceptional track record of leadership, success and team building. Among his previous positions within the mortgage industry, he has served as the following:

Jack graduated from the University of Buffalo with a B.S. in Business Management. He lives in Alpharetta with his wife, Lynn and their two sons, Brian and Eric. His daughter Jennie, who lives in Maryland is married and has two children, Luke and Julia. His oldest son, Brian, will graduate from Michigan State University. His youngest son, Eric, is attending Texas Christian University. Among Jack and Lynn's hobbies are playing golf, traveling and spending time at their second home on Lake Lanier.

Leslie Garner, Lead Instructor

Leslie started her mortgage career with Citizens & Southern Bank in October of 1982. Since that time, she has processed, originated, worked in Secondary Marketing, done some underwriting and managed. She started managing in 1986 and was on the transition teams as Citizens acquired several banks which led them to become Bank of America. Leslie hired and trained several of the top national producers for the bank with individuals producing in excess of $50 million dollars annually. After leaving Bank of America, she was involved in land development and home construction for several subdivisions in Gwinnett County. She went on to be the Central Florida manager for D.R. Horton's mortgage company from 2002 through 2005 managing over 40 employees and production exceeding well over $1,000,000,000 per year.

Since then, Leslie has worked for Fifth Third Bank as a Regional Sales Manager establishing relationships within the Private Bank, Investment Advisor, Upper Middle Market, Business Banking and Treasury Management departments for the bank.

Corey Knight, Lead Instructor

Corey is a 14-year veteran of the mortgage industry, originating for Washington Mutual, FirstPlus Financial, First Rate Mortgage, The Money Store, Wells Fargo, and Jersey Shore State Bank. Throughout his career, Corey has been recognized for his outstanding customer service and sales skills. Among his numerous accomplishments, he has earned Top Producer Award in volume and units, Bravo Customer Service Award, Top 5% in Production, and one of the Top Originators in Pennsylvania. Corey attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. There, he was a Marketing major and a member of the University soccer team. Students are drawn to Corey's engaging and charismatic personality, making him a natural leader in the classroom.
