Casey's broad industry experience includes sales, operations, human resources, training and executive management. Casey along with her husband and co-founder of XINNIX, Rob Cunningham, have always dreamed of opening a permanent home for children, a non-profit organization called The XINNIX Ranch. While The Ranch is in it's early stages of development, the XINNIX team participates in philanthropic events for underprivileged children.
In addition to leading a thriving new company, Casey is a national keynote speaker and consistently receives outstanding reviews from industry executives and their audiences. Her knowledge of the industry and exposure to thousands of mortgage companies and leaders allows her to speak first-hand about industry trends, best practices and growth strategies. She is a member of the National Mortgage Bankers Association, Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, and the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women.
Casey studied Marketing at Wofford College in South Carolina and Georgia State University in Atlanta. She is a native of Jacksonville, Florida, a member of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA, and enjoys reading, traveling, fly fishing, and spending time with her husband, two beautiful daughters, English bulldog and toy rat terrier. |

He co-founded XINNIX in 2002 with his wife, Casey, and is responsible for its sales, business development and strategic growth. Rob's vision has led XINNIX to garner recognition from Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the best companies to work for in 2004 and 2005. Through his leadership, the company continues to earn national acclaim as one of the most respected sales and leadership training companies in the country.
Prior to co-founding XINNIX, Rob organized and inspired a network of investment advisors, mortgage professionals, and tax consultants in Georgia and Florida whose collective mortgage production resulted in more than $3 billion in lending over four years. In 1996, he was the #1, nationally ranked, mortgage producer among his firm's 14,000 financial consultants. Rob's professional background includes six years of investment banking experience with Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney where he held Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health and annuity insurance licenses.
Rob's career has also included service as a USAF Captain and Delta Air Lines pilot, during which time he logged more than 4,000 military, combat, instructor, commercial and civilian flight hours. As a part of his diverse career background, Rob is also a nationally recognized expert and speaker on the topic of interest-only mortgages and liability management.
Rob graduated from The University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in business administration in Management Information Systems.  | | Leslie Garner, Lead Instructor Leslie started her mortgage career with Citizens & Southern Bank in October of 1982. Since that time, she has processed, originated, worked in Secondary Marketing, done some underwriting and managed. She started managing in 1986 and was on the transition teams as Citizens acquired several banks which led them to become Bank of America. Leslie hired and trained several of the top national producers for the bank with individuals producing in excess of $50 million dollars annually. After leaving Bank of America, she was involved in land development and home construction for several subdivisions in Gwinnett County. She went on to be the Central Florida manager for D.R. Horton's mortgage company from 2002 through 2005 managing over 40 employees and production exceeding well over $1,000,000,000 per year.
Since then, Leslie has worked for Fifth Third Bank as a Regional Sales Manager establishing relationships within the Private Bank, Investment Advisor, Upper Middle Market, Business Banking and Treasury Management departments for the bank. |
